Delivery
We want to make things as simple as possible and therefore for delivery to a UK address we offer;
Free postage & packaging for orders of £50 or more;
and a delivery charge of £5 for orders up to £49.99.
We have just added delivery options to certain Western European countries (including France, Belgium, Netherlands, Germany, Spain, Austria, Italy and Portugal), at a charge of £19.
Our minimum order value is £20.
Deliveries are made through either Royal Mail / Parcel Force or a respected national courier, such as DHL or UPS.
Wherever possible we endeavour to deliver orders within 3-5 working days. If, however, there is likely to be any delay, or an item is out of stock, then we will inform you as soon as possible.
Delays may occur during busy postal periods, such as at Christmas, and if our suppliers are delayed for some reason.
If you require a speedier delivery, or a Saturday delivery, then please call us and we will inform you of options, although this will generally involve an additional cost.
If you are interested in gift wrapping, then please also call us to discuss the style and cost.
If you require delivery to another country then we are more than happy to accommodate this. Please contact us for the additional delivery costs and times.
BFPO - in the majority of cases we are able to post to BFPO addresses at the same cost as for UK orders. Please remember however, to include your Service No., Rank & name, Company & Regiment (or alternative) followed by your BFPO No. (in place of the post code).
Returns
If, for whatever reason you are not happy with a product bought from us, then please email or call us within 3 days of receipt of the product in order for us to assist you as best as we can.
For a product to be returned to Fiesta Tots it must be intact, and in a re-saleable condition (unless faulty). The return must be within 28 days of receipt of the item in order for a full refund or exchange to be available.
We additionally need an email or call to advise us of your intentions (within 3 days of receipt of an item) and to expect the return of the product. Please also remember to keep a proof of the postage of the returned item, in case of a lost parcel.
