Travel Information, Experiences & Tips
Sometimes I feel like introducing myself as a travel-advice-oholic when I hear someone is about to travel for the first time with a baby or young one. My husband and I like to help friends and family in this way and often get asked for advice on what to expect and what products might be good.
Please find below a few Fiesta Tots tips and experiences gathered by us and friends while travelling around the UK and the world. We have learned through mistakes and research, so hopefully we will enable you to have an good time travelling to and from your destination.
We have also added in some titbits that have been passed to us by professionals such as Cabin Crew, Nannys and Childminders.
Additionally we always welcome any advice, experiences or 'worth remembering' thoughts our customers may have.
If you off on holiday and have any questions then please get in touch and we will endeavour to answer you as fully as possible.
Please email us at sales@fiesta-tots.co.uk
The aim is to make Fiesta-Tots.co.uk THE one-stop-shop for travel tips and travel products.
While I am sure you are all sensible travellers and have travel insurance, but please also take a look at the Foreign & Commonwealth Office website if you are travelling abroad. There is country by country advice on laws, customs, entry requirements, health and security matters.
Even European countries, in many ways similar to the UK, are worth taking a look at.
Please also not that when travelling to Europe you should have a European Health Insurance Card (EHIC)

Dos and Don'ts from the professionals
Here at Fiesta Tots, we are not one trick ponies. While I have 15 years of aviation knowledge and my husband has worked in aviation for 20 years, we also love other forms of transport and holidays. Camping (once with a 2 year old while 8 months pregnant), road trips (the best being one across Arizona and Nevada with an 8 month old) and regular day trips on the train are some of our regular experiences.
People involved in Fiesta Tots have child-related knowledge on flying, car journeys (road-trips and short trips), camping (notably using campervans in the UK and in New Zealand), sporting events, country walks and days out.
Professionally, this same group have knowledge covering ferries, airport check-in, flying, coach travel, childcare and emergency first aid.
