We want to make things as simple as possible and therefore for delivery to a UK address we offer: Free postage & packaging for orders of £30 or more.
and a delivery charge of £4 for orders up to £29.99.
Deliveries are made through either Royal Mail / Parcel Force or a respected national courier such as DHL or UPS. Wherever possible, we endeavour to arrange delivery within 3-5 working days; however, if an item is out of stock or there is likely to be any delay then we will inform you as soon as possible. Delays may also occur during busy postal periods, such as around Christmas, or if our suppliers are delayed for some reason.
If you require a speedier delivery, or a Saturday delivery, please call us and we'll be able to give you the available options (although this will generally involve an additional cost).

If you are local to Horsham, we have a number of options; including free local delivery.
Collections are from either of 2 addresses in Horsham, Sussex; Rushams Road; or Piries Place.

In the majority of cases we are able to post orders to BFPO addresses at the same cost as to UK mainland addresses. Please remember to include your Service Number, Rank & Name, Company & Regiment (or alternative) followed by your BFPO Number. (in place of the post code).
If for any reason you are not happy with a product purchased from us, then email or call us within 14 days of receipt of the product so that we can assist you in the best way we can.
For a product to be returned to Fiesta Tots, it must be intact and in a re-saleable condition (unless faulty). For a full refund or exchange to be effected, the return should be made within 28 days of receipt of the item. We will need an email or telephone call from you (within 14 days of receipt of the item), to advise us of your intentions and to expect the return of the product. Please also remember to keep a proof of postage of the returned item, in case of a lost parcel.
If there is a problem with your item due to the delivery process, please inform us within 3 days of receipt so that we can look into it and rectify.
